SALE Glove Canvas

This Glove Box Canvas is made from vintage book pages (The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady) and shows one glove face up, and one face down. The gloves feature a thumb, cut through wrist opening and a row of buttons on one and the pleated detail of the back of a glove on the other. Both gloves have a venetian needle lace hand stitched edge and the whole canvas is decorated with 3D butterflies. This piece is 50 x 50cm (x 4cm approx deep)

This was new work made for an exhibition, that never got seen due to covid.
